The Young Engineer Program is designed to equip young engineers with a profound and practical understanding of valve technology. Covering the spectrum from fundamental principles to advanced applications, this program focuses on imparting knowledge and skills crucial for the professional growth of aspiring young engineers in the field.
The target audience is tailored for young engineers who are in the early stages of their careers, typically within 0-5 years post-graduation with an engineering degree. The program also welcomes students still studying engineering, individuals in entry-level positions, as well as for those with up to three years of cross-industry experience who may be transitioning from field operations to engineering roles.
Whilst this is our general audience, our Young Engineer Program also offers space for newcomers to the valve industry that would like to gain a basic understanding of the flow control industry.
